نحن فريق شاب يعمل عند تقاطع الذكاء الاصطناعي والهندسة مع تجربة المستخدم، بهدف إعادة تعريف طريقة تفاعل الشركات مع عملائها. We are a young team working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, engineering and user experience, with the goal of redefining how companies interact with their customers.

انطلقنا من ملاحظة واضحة في السوق: أصحاب الأعمال يقضون وقتًا كبيرًا في الرد على الاستفسارات المتكررة عبر قنوات متعددة خصوصاً عند التسويق، ما يستهلك وقتًا يمكن استثماره في تطوير المنتجات والنمو. We started from a clear observation in the market: business owners spend a great deal of time answering repetitive questions across multiple channels — especially during marketing — time that could instead be invested in developing products and growing.
من هنا جاء فهيم: مساعد مبيعات ذكي يتعلّم عن منتجات وخدمات كل الشركة، ويقدّم ردودًا دقيقة وفورية للعملاء على مدار الساعة كل أيام الأسبوع عبر مختلف المنصات، بأسلوب طبيعي وسريع وفعّال. That is where Faheem came from: a smart sales assistant that learns about each company's products and services and delivers accurate, instant replies to customers around the clock, every day of the week, across different platforms — in a natural, fast and effective way.
نحن لا نبني مجرد نظام محادثة، بل نبني طبقة ذكية لإدارة التواصل مع العملاء، تساعد الشركات على التركيز على تنمية مشاريعهم بدلاً من الانشغال بالمهام المتكررة. وبالتالي تحسين جودة الخدمة، تقليل الضغط التشغيلي، ورفع سرعة الاستجابة دون زيادة في الموارد البشرية. We are not building just a chat system; we are building an intelligent layer for managing customer communication that helps companies focus on growing their business instead of being busy with repetitive tasks — improving service quality, reducing operational pressure, and increasing response speed without adding human resources.
